Job description



This role is for an IT architect who will design integrated service management solutions for clients and assist with their deployment, architect and define standard assets and offerings and work with solutioning teams to reuse these assets. Strong skills in
architectural methods, designing complex service management solutions, ITIL, industry best practices for service management processes is required. Also required are deep skills and experience with leading service management products, with a high preference for IBM's Tivoli suite (including TSRM, TAMIT, TADDM, CCMDB, Netcool Omnibus/Impact). Knowledge of IBM Tivoli Unified Process, Unified Method Framework, Operational Modeling, and experience in delivery (run/manage) of infrastructure services is preferable


The candidate must have strong communication skills and experience as listed:


At least 5 years experience in architecting service management solutions for Bid & Proposal and/or Transition & Transformation


At least 8 years experience (collectively) with service management products covering configuration mgmt, asset mgmt including discovery, incident/change mgmt, event mgmt and monitoring. Strong preference for candidates with this experience in IBM's Tivoli suite


Minimum 16 or more years of work experience required


Minimum 11 to 14 years of relevant experience required
