Job description



As a technical consultant, this person will be responsible to design solutions around storage and Server technologies with Oracle Databases, and Oracle Apps (EBS). This techincal consultant will also be responsible for planning and delivering complex implementations, storage migration, perfomance analysis and tuning, storage health check for Oracle Databases and EBS implementations and
full life cycle implementations of SAP on Oracle, experience on hardware sizing. This role involves interacting with clients directly and also working with multiple stake holders


Total 6 to 8 years of work experience required


Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience required

Full life cycle implementations of SAP on Oracle, experience on hardware sizing


SAP Oracle upgrade, System copy and all activities of brtools


Enhancement Pack Implementations , Solution manager configuration


Advanced skills in Oracle 9i,10g and 11g design, administration, schema design, troubleshooting


Production Oracle database migration, Upgradation/patching of production databases


Implementation / Administration of Oracle RAC, Oracle Data Guard, ASM on 9i, 10g, 11g.


Oracle database performance tuning. Knowledge of Unix environments


Install Oracle Applications, Use the AD utilities to maintain Oracle Applications,


Patch and Clone Oracle Applications - Expertise in Oracle 11i required, exposure to R12 preferred


Configuring Oracle Apps in Cluster/High availability mode. Parallel Concurrent Processing, Advanced Oracle EBS Topologies with Load balancers and DMZ implementations desired.


Backup solution design and implementation using Oracle RMAN, shell scripts


Migrate Databases and Oracle EBS environments across platforms


Required
