Job description


## This role will work as a solution sales lead for IBM Global Business Services MidMarket business in a given territroy. Job requires idenntifying / qualifying business opportunities for IBM global business services, understanding client's business issues, identifying consulting / SI solutions from IBM'sportfolio, solutioning and proposal preparation and presentation to CXO/Business Head level, working with service lines for solution demo, pricing and owning the deal for end-to-end cycle and closure. Also own client interface as account/program manager to oversee the engagement through participation in steering committee, escalation management and manage acount growth and profitability. Requires value based selling and consulting experience in domestic market, working with cross industry clients.


• Minimum 16 years of education required
• Total 8 to 12 years of experience required

• Sales/Presales/Proposal management & Delivery experience of enterprise solutions like SAP/Oracle/Banking Solutions/ SI Projects


• Excellent communication/presentation skills
