Job description
This job role is responsible for the development of IBM technical solutions directly to customers for
North East Europe IMT. The resource will work with multinational, multi-discipline teams of subject-
matter experts. He/she will use a combination of IBM and non-IBM offerings, services, labor, assets,
hardware, and software to meet client business requirements. She/he orchestrates the development of
complex, multi-year, custom solutions and associated cost cases. The individual will lead and develop
detailed technical solutions for large and complex engagements.
The individual will develop Solution and work with TSO (Technical Solution Owner) for detailed technical
solutions for engagements. The position requires the gathering of technical
requirements, the
coordination of delivery organizations (particularly India, Poland and Rumania) and vendors to build a
solution and cost case, the writing of the technical statement of work (SOW), data analysis using
spreadsheet, preparing presentation, coordinating with Opportunity Owner (OO) and TSO. This role also
concentrates on the overall knowledge/experience of infrastructures including servers, storage,
middleware and networks. One position requires extensive experience in Storage based Solution.

Ability to quickly attain a detailed knowledge of Data Center Services / Workplace Services portfolio of offerings. : Applied
Must have pre-sales / bid-team experience: Applied
Need to be articulate, able to handle pressure, deliver against challenging time frames, and be confident and decisive. : Expert
Knowledge of Global Delivery SAGE / SDM costing experience essential: Applied
Expected to lead and coordinate multiple deals at a time: Applied
Ability to handle IT Infrastructure delivery organization: Applied
Knowledge of GRACO / Compliance / EU Data Privacy Claue: Applied
Handled TCV range from > 1M USD to $30M USD
Expected to work extensively with Sales and directly with IBM Clients
Expected to make use of Low cost country resources in the Solution and working with multiple low cost countries.
Role expected to ensure solution best practice is engendered within solutions, and that there is clear
E2E ownership of the complete technical solution and costing, including managing inputs from business partners and suppliers.
Experience: Overall 7 to 12 years and minimum 4 to 7 years worked in Global Organization and Solutioning / Pre Sales Solution team
Language: English
Accredited Architect or TSM preferable
4 years relevant work experience required
