Job description
Proficiency in Core Java and worked on eclipse development platform. Design and develop complex applications. Should Have Sound Knowledge on Agile Development Process, System management Background is a must, Good Knowledge of Unix System Concepts, Virtualization, Networking and security.
9-11 Years of desired experience required
Systems Management Domain- (Virtualization, Heterogenous environment , Big Data)
16 or more years of education required
# Required Skills - Technical and Non Technical
Good knowledge of UNIX internals ( preferably IBM AIX ) including troubleshooting, performance tuning .
Programming, scripting & Debugging applications on a UNIX environment, preferably AIX/Linux. Exposure to perl scripting preferable.
Shell programming including creating/modifying build files and performance monitoring scripts
Good communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, understand reported issues, troubleshoot, identify resolutions and articulate recommendations back to clients
Good writing skills to help create collateral that can be shared with partners and other relevant stakeholde
Exposure to architecting complex solutions on UNIX/AIX platforms
Adapt STG products, technologies or initiatives at a functional level, what they mean, and how they work.
Implement the Architectural Strategic Direction for systems management. Design and Develop complex products.
Work with Solution Enablement Manager to orchestrate technical enablement resources to help optimize ISV solutions, development of collateral such as architectural references and Sizing Guides.
