1. Ability to independently perform technical lead and development activities for Best Shore T&T team around following technology areas
a. JQuery, Javascript, HTML
b. Programming in VB
c. Excel Macro programming
d. MS Excel advanced skills
e. MS SharePoint based portal design and development skills
f. SharePoint designer skills
g. Good Understanding of SharePoint security architecture, digital certificates etc.
4. Ability to perform end to end requirements management, design, implementation and testing of small projects involving the above technology areas
5. Good communication and presentation skills
6. Thorough in analyzing and debugging problems and finding a solution - Problem Solving Skills
7. Proactive in going to the depth of problems and finding a technical solution
8. Good documentation skills in developing user manuals, guides, help documents etc
9. Excellent learning ability
