With this in mind, the Large Enterprise business unit is seeking highly specialized sales professionals interested in developing and enhancing their sales skills, knowledge and technical depth by working with large global and national corporate customers around the world.

Storage Specialist/ BDM is Solution-Focused Pre-Sales Technical Sales Resource responsible for driving the growth of Dell Storage solution business in the region. Focus is to help account Teams to increase the sales of Dell Storage Solutions by delivering technical expertise for strategic opportunities.



This candidate should be well conversant with the following:
· Enterprise Technology/solution areas and their business drivers/impact discussions
· Data Management / Tiering / BURA (backup, replication & archival) discussions
· Business Continuity / Data Availability discussions
· Storage architecture / infrastructure discussion (SAN, NAS, DAS, FC, iSCSI, SAS, etc)
· Storage Consolidation and Virtualization discussions
· Storage Related application Performance discussions
· Storage Management solution discussions
Storage specialist / BDM should have good customer interaction skills and will own the relationship with Key Storage Accounts in the Region. He/she should guide & coach the Account Executives & System Consultants in the region on storage business. He/She should actively lead large, complex, longer term storage opportunities in the region; will help in configuration, solution architecting, sizing & pricing in these deals; will help to position the right products which will make Dell competitive.
Qualifications
Work Experience: 08 to 14 yrs of sales/pre-sales experience in the industry predominantly in the storage solutions areas.
Educational Background: Bachelors Degree (10+4 yrs of educational experience)
