Job Description
A highly skilled ASP.NET/C#/MVC .NET developer with a strong background in building
Enterprise level scalable, predictable, high-quality and high-performance web applications on the Microsoft technology stack using SQL Server. As a Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining internal and external facing web applications.
The key responsibilities are
· Build new systems with .NET 4.0 / ASP.NET / MVC 2.0 - 3.0 / C# / WCF Web
Services/WCF Data Services/MVC
· Develop new functionality on existing software products/New Web services
· Share knowledge through knowledge-sharing sessions
· Participate in a small, experienced, energetic team on a rapid, agile
development schedule
· All other responsibilities as assigned (Development Management, Planning,
Driving team and delivery)
· Resolve any Technical Design/Architectural issues team has
Skills / Attributes Required
· Ten(+) years experience as a developer
· Four(+) years experience with ASP.NET/C# and Other MS Development
Technologies
· Thorough knowledge of the .NET 3.5/4.0 Framework, including C#, ASP.NET,
ASMX and WCF Web Services
· Understanding of MVC Framework 2.0 / 3.0
· Experience with service-oriented architectures (SOA) and Middle layer
Development
· Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP)
· Knowledge of TFS 2008/2010 & Visual Studio 2008/2010
· Knowledge of writing design documents
· Work experience in large complex environment
· Strong knowledge of software implementation best practices
· Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment.
· Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary.
· Candidate should be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented,
responsible team-player
and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills.
