Job description

## As a J2EE developer at IBM Global Business Services , you will work on Java , J2EE technology to provide solutions in accordance with client requirements. This position will require you to

Translate Use Case Requirements, technical specifications and design into code for new or enhancement projects for internal and external clients

code programs, prepare reports and handle configuration management activities

Adhere to company standards and architechture requirements

Participate in design, code, and test inspections and resolve issues/defects till closure

Use design patterns for design and architecture of system components (e.g. session facade, service locator, etc.)

Recommend new open source frameworks to improve development process/products and develop prototypes as required.

Develop technical specifications, be a team player supporting junior developers, provide estimates and have significant experience in design patterns and UML.

You must also have exceptional communication skills and be a team player.
