Job description
• Implement a monitoring mechanism for quality and performance metric tracking
• Conduct periodic quality checks and operations audits
• Monitor team performance, generate reports, trends & dashboards
• Coach the team in improvement areas
• Develop action plans within & across teams to improve productivity and share best practices
• Collaborate across teams for process improvements and standardization
• Act as a catalyst to drive adoption / adherence of GDF
