Server Specialist (BLADE + VIRTUALIZATION + SERVER MANAGEMENT)

· Ownership of the Server business in the region. While this role is goaled on the server revenue and margins, more importantly to drive the activities around Blades & Virtualization to bring in the incremental Revenue.

Provide Blade, Virtualization and Server Management solutions in the region –- own the complete ecosystem including alliance partners – ensure right positioning, solution architecture & competitive inputs.

· Provide required technology depth including hands-on demo and POCs for Blades, Virtualization s/w – Capacity planning & sizing & report generation, Server Management s/w – POC & assessment.

· Guide and coach the AE & SC in the region on server related technologies - Close interaction with other product & services specialists to design the optimum solution for customer -

· Own relationship with key Server Solution Accounts in the region - mapping the customer, organization, decision makers, business, IT budget & install base.

· Own Solution Planning & Activity Calendar for the region – senior management visits to customers & ecosystem partners.



Qualifications
Work Experience: 08 to 14 yrs of sales/pre-sales experience in the industry predominantly in the solutions area.
Educational Background: Bachelors Degree (10+4 yrs of educational experience)
