Corporate Mobility Manager will Manage Mobile Services launched by BT/IT in IBM India provides employees [who are eligible] with the mobile voice and/or data services to meet their IBM business needs. These services are under contract with IBM selected service providers. The program is designed to provide participants with new corporate connection & plan. However employees may elect to transfer an existing personal connection to the program and migrate to the corporate plan. Program manager interact with Service providers, Procurement and Vendor to Manage the program to ensure services delivered to IBM users.
Candidate experience in Managing Cellular services.
Certified in Network, Voice technologies, ITIL3, Project management

"Excellent knowledge in Cellular services Protocols, Managed programs, Experience in Handling hand held devices, Smart Phone, Blackberry, Traveller, Symbion, Android, Based devices.
Manage enterprise strategic direction and provides technical leadership and monitoring to project teams. Technical knowledge on Switching, Routing, Voice Contact center,IPV6. VOIP,etc various contemporary enterprise network and Voice Cellular services knowledge. with CCNA,CCNP,CCIE certification added advantages
Provides technical and process support to internal departments and/or external customers.
Investigates and considers alternatives to develop innovative solutions for the network infrastructure, Voice Network monitoring capabilities, procedures and processes.
May provide input into the technical design.
Participate in planning, coordinating, and implementation of project requirements.
Proactively engage next level support teams
May consult with internal and/or external customers and peers to review outages, remedial changes, customer caused network issues, etc.
Accountable for ensuring service levels are achieved / exceeded, as per contractual obligations as detailed in SLA.
Adherence to change management processes.
Develop and maintain documentation and information, e.g. network diagrams, typology, contact information, etc.
he corporate connection eligibility will be tracked monthly. The CMP program office in BT/IT will receive a list of phone numbers from the approved service providers and this list will be reconciled with the internal database of phone numbers and users. If any discrepancies are detected, the CMP program office will investigate the discrepancies, initiate/execute corrective actions and inform the Regional Manager of BT/IT India.
Candidate with IT service Management is preferred.

Perform planning and maintenance of VoIP, PBX, Celluar 2G, 3G Technology and video conferencing systems
Manage the agency's cellular and mobile needs, including cell phones,
Blackberry devices and smart phones. This includes, but is not limited to: management, maintenance and upgrades of the agency Avaya phone system, including user administration, scripting for call routing and flow management
Maintain telecommunications documentation; vendor management, including bill processing, contract negotiations and relationship management with NYC DoITT (NYC shared services) and external service providers
Handle telecommunications related responsibilities in planning for BCP and DR planning
Ability to establish a trusted leadership working relationship across the IT and business sectors. Perceived internally and externally as expert in the function.
Ability to present and communicate technical concepts with options to IT and business executives
Ability to identify infrastructure milestones for project and program level activities.
Leading edge knowledge of concepts and theories in own discipline.
