Job description
The Problem/change/SA&D Manager is the focal point for the Management process within a client managed by IBM . The primary focus of the position is to manage ITIL framework of Problem and Change / SA&D. .The role requires a great deal of cross teams interaction, communication and coordination in addition to driving team for compliance with standards and approval processes.
Work/Develop with RCAs , discuss with customer on RCAs

Good knowledge of ITIL processes.

Team work. Work with all concerned tech teams. .

Capabilty to analyze the problems/ changes. Work with technical teams for root cause analysis for critical problems . Conduct meetings , concalls , documentation for critical problems.

Develop and implement process in acount. Conduct education sessions.

Implement and follow problem/ change/ SA&D processes. Total responsibility for problem/ change/ SA&D activities.

Attend weekly management review meetings. Keep management updated on all critical issues.

Qualifications- Degree/ engineering/ MCA

Experince in IT industry 6-7 years.+

Managerial experience- atleast 3 years.

Experince in ITIL/Problem management for atleast 5 years.

Work in matrix environment

24x7 availabilty to address critical problems in accounts

Bachelor's Degree
Basic knowledge in Windows Infrastructure
Basic knowledge in Unix Infrastructure- Hardware/ OS- latest
Basic knowledge in Network Infrastructure
Basic knowledge in Database Support
Certified in ITIL Certified/ Next level after foundation.
English: Fluent

Additional information

• Ability to learn how to use Change Management tools i.e., SMILE, Peregrine
• Web / Internet / Intranet user knowledge

• PC literate and conversant in the use of standard software applications (e.g. Lotus Notes). Non-Technical skills
