Job Responsibilities:
(Description)

Manual:
Expertise in GUI, Functional, Regression testing, Compatibility testing, Risk based testing,
Ad-hoc Testing, Exploratory Testing and Black Box Testing Techniques
Good hands on defining ‘Test Coverage’ & ‘Test Case Design & Development'
Good Understanding of Test Plan
Involved in team handling, test effort estimation, task allocation & scheduling test activities
Matrixes : Test Complete, Test Case Coverage, Tracebility matrix
Experience in client/server testing, Desktop application testing, Web based application
Creating test suites as per testing
Bug verification pre/post release, Defect Life Cycle

Automation:
Test Script generation and maintenance using QTP tool
Well aware of:
Automation framework
Function Libraries
Recovery Scenario management
Object Repository Management
Batch scripts
Identification and Implementation of CheckPoints
Creation and maintenance o Regressions suits
Automation Feasibility study (what can be automation and what not)
VB Scripting
Test Script Scheduling

Added Advantage:
Hands on SQL Server


Qualifications Required
(Experience, Skills, Academic):
Qualification: B.E/B.Tech, M.E/M.Tech, MCA, MS
Experience: 2 to 4 years
