1. Proven ability to develop working validation models to suit business and product requirement.
2. Track record of providing optimal solution to improve efficiency and effectiviness of validation processes.
3. Ability to improve test cycle time by adopting new and innovative methods of testing approach.
4. Ability to work with Devleopment architects in coming up with design requirements and iprving testability of the product.
5. Ability to design test framework to manage multiple projects.
6. Ability to debug complex issues in systems management and Enterprise system software domain.

Qualifications

Bachelors or Master degree with a Minimum of 10 years experience in the domain and 3 years as a validation architect.
