Description

Expectation:
The ability to quickly grasp the bigger picture and develop innovative thermal/mechanical/platform solutions with high potential for impact/customer adoption.
The ability to lead projects with internal/external stakeholders on multi disciplinary problems (thermal/mechanical/acoustic/electrical) and effectively drive projects to completion.

Qualifications

Advanced degree in Thermal/Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 3-12 years Industrial experience
A track record of leading and delivering high impact projects.
Thermal/Mechanical/Acoustics background; electronics industry experience would be a plus.
Experience working with customers and influencing teams.
Strong technical/analysis background. Hands on experimental experience. Extremely results oriented with sense of urgency.
