Engineering Management of Dell's systems' management software components through all phases of software development- Manage both engineering deliverables and people.
Plan and deliver server / storage management software packages.
Interact with Product Marketing to define product roadmap.
Interact with peers in both Bangalore and Austin to ensure seamless integration of product.

Qualifications

Should have a proven track record of product delivery and people management experience, typically this would be at least 12 + years in systems engineering or product development positions.
Worked in Product companies developing system software.
Must have experience working in globally distributed teams
Strong communication and presentation skills
