 Description

 
.�Execution in emulation and post Responsible for development of tools used for pre and post silicon validation of Intel Graphics chipsets. This includes validation tools for emulation.
�Responsible to architect tool changes or come up with solutions for new features and drive methodologies for coverage and concurrency tool development
�Support tools across multiple chipset and scale up the tool set for future products and scale down for LC/LP projects
�Drive workgroups, task forces, software architecture discussions to enable focused output for new features enhancements
�Independently work with multiple stakeholders across organization like the HW architects, HW and SW design teams, emulation and fulsim teams to comprehend the requirements and implement the tool set required for validation teams
�Mentor and guide junior team members on tool architecture, bug fixes and development methodologies like scrum
Identify and architect solutions for improved performance of SV tools to enable faster silicon 

Qualifications

SV TOOLS ARCHITECT
Minimum Requirements :
Education: Must have Masters in computers science and Bachelors in Electronics/electrical
Experience/Skills: 7-10 years of experience
�Solid understanding of computer architecture, including good understating of microprocessor and chipsets
�Good understanding of Graphics 3D and media pipeline
�Proven skills in writing low level software (including drivers, BSPs)
�Solid skills in C, C++ languages, good understanding of DirectX APIs
�Solid skills in at least one scripting language like Perl or Ruby
�Experience in windows based software stacks and tools like performance measurement and code coverage
�Proven skills in debugging HW and SW interface issues
Good understanding of Linux drivers will be an added advantage
