Description
Delivers technical training programs to HP employees, encourages participation effectively and produce desired outcomes.
Supports a learning environment with advance preparation, constructive feedback, and response to learner needs.
Participates in the delivery of instructional materials, using various learning solutions and technologies
Supports course development by sharing technical knowledges and review course materials.
Develops skills and knowledges needed to incorporate legal, ethical, and cultural issues relevant for solution delivery.
Assists corporate, business , or function wide delivery that impact multiple business units globally.
Qualifications
Education and Experience Required:
University degree or equivalent experience.
1+ years in a training delivery or equivalent role
1+ years demonstrated presentation, facilitation
Technical experience, for example, solution center, field engineer experience
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Ability to quickly understand and adopt new, complex technologies & concepts.
Ability to evaluate variances in learning styles within an audience.
Familiarity with learning content and delivery solutions.
Planning, communication, change management, and cultural awareness skills
Delivery skills including teaching, facilitating, and mentoring capability are preferred.
Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
