General PurposeTechnical specialist providing business infrastructure solutions, services and support, according to defined processes. Technical specialist in user care, application development and configuration, IT platforms management and development, installation and maintenance, computing and network operations, or system analysis and design. Main Responsibility AreaThese areas can include: Develops, implements and maintains information systems, processes and concepts. Tests and installs (hardward/software) information management systems. Responds to client requests in non-standard situations. ScopeIndividual Contributor Participates as individual contributor to team, usually with limited professional expertise. Makes decisions affecting own work within set parameters, elevates others. Reviews priorities with supervisor. High personal or low collegial interaction. ImpactAccountable for quality and accuracy of own output. Responsible for contribution to teamwork. Errors may have impact on function/project/customer.

4-6 years of application development experience in SAP R/3
o Variant Configurator experience
o BC400 level ABAP knowledge, debugging
o Certified in SD, MM or PP module
· Experience in SAP CRM projects/implementations
· Good communication skills, oral and written
· Proactive

Individual PortfolioTypically 2 years directly related experience or 2-4 years overall professional experience. EnvironmentSemi routine tasks of moderate complexity requiring some discretion and judgment. Carries out tasks/activities according to assignment and set guidelines.
