* Reaching out to the customers in advance, Talk to them about the licenses that are about to expire, value of Active Subscription and Support, Send Proposals, Negotiate, Close the deal.


Work with the extended team to ensure customer is satisfied with IBM Support.


Pick up and be proficient in the Tools required in your day to day job like SQO, ROMT, S&S Value Tool, FastPass, BOM Tool….
