"This position is in the Blue Harmony O2O Transition and Integration program office initiative. Blue Harmony is IBM's major transformation program to radically simplify the design and operation of three Globally Integrated Support Processes - Finance, Opportunity To Order, and Order To Cash. This role will provide project support through ownership and management of project documentation and facilitation of program team communications by assisting the program manager with the day-to-day activities for the program office including interacting with many application project managers, managing the program office team room, tracking data, performing analysis, tracking issues and changes and producing presentations.


Skills needed for this position include good written and verbal communication and the ability to work independently due to a globally dispersed team. Besides the foundational knowledge of PM methods to initialize, plan, execute, control and monitor a project, a project manager in this role will need leadership competencies for team building, negotiation, decision making, problem solving and conflict management. The project office role will also need skills in working with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Project and general Lotus Notes team room administration. Ideally 1+ year experience with SAP implementation


7-8 years of desired experience required


Good command over English
