Indian Institute of Chemical Technology (IICT) has is recruiting candidates for the positions of Project Assistants Level I and Level II on temporary basis to work in the sponsored projects. IICT is functioning under the aegis of CSIR, New Delhi. Vacancies are available for B.Sc., M.Sc, MCA and B.Tech qualified candidates. Candidates have to attend for walk in interviews on 22 and 23rd November 2011 at IICT, Hyderabad as per the schedule mentioned below. Following are details of projects, vacancies, eligibility and application procedure:
1) Exploitation of India's Rich Microbial Diversity: Project Assistant Level II - 1 position; Eligibility: Applicants should have 1st class in M.Sc. Organic Chemistry / Biotechnology with one year R and D experience.
2) Development of SS NMR method suitable for studying dynamic heterogeneities in their polymers: Project Assistant Level - I - 1 positions; Eligibility: Candidates should have 1st Class in B.Sc. (MPC).
3) Safety Management: Project Assistant Level I - 1 position; Eligibility: Applicants should have 1st class in B.Sc. (Chemistry as one of the subjects) with experience in safety management are preferable.
4) Construction and Maintenance: Project Assistant Level I: 1 position: Eligibility: Candidates should have 1st class diploma (Civil Engineering) with one year experience in construction and supervision of RCC buildings, drainage and water supply system.
5) Computer aided simulation studies / development of novel target based anticancer therapeutics: Project Assistant Level II - Three positions; Eligibility: Candidates should have 1st class MCA or B.Tech (Computer Science)
Walk In Schedule: For positions from 1 - 4, Walk ins will be conducted on 22nd November 2011 between 9-30 AM to 10-30 AM. For position no. 5, walk ins will be on 23rd November 2011 from 9-30 AM to 10-30 AM.
Venue: IICT, Near Habsiguda, Uppal Road, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh.
Remuneration for Project Assistant Level II is Rs. 12000 and for Project Assistant Level I is Rs. 8000. Age should be below 28 years of Project Assistants Level II and below 25 years for Project Assistants Level I. Relaxations apply as per the rules.
