We are looking for a Function Head that is leading our SW Development Protocol Stack 4G organization which is spread all over the world. Therefore you will represent the organization at various levels of the company. You will be responsible for ensuring execution of product commitments and provide proactive leadership role in driving operational excellence across the operation. Developing and managing your teams and technical talent belongs to your core responsibilities. It is very important in your role that processes and policies are consistently applied and followed across the organization and you drive improvement of your function in line with our long and short term strategic objectives.
Qualifications
You should hold a degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering with at least 15 years relevant experience
Additional qualifications include:
* Proven and great people management skills
* Experience in leading a global SW Development organization with around 250-300 employees
* Good SW Engineering background
* Enjoy work in global and multi-national teams
* Excellent communications skills
* Fluent in English
* Travel required
