Job Family Summary :
Ensures Dell’s products and services are sold to specified customer segments (via telephone, web, or e-mail) through the effective management of inside sales team. Represents, communicates and executes on specific sales strategies.

Principal Accountabilities
 Directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group.
 Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce.
 Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members.
 Owns achieving their assigned sales quota.



 Provides direct supervision and coaching to Inside Sales Account team, Product Specialists and/or skilled, support individual contributors in inside sales organizations.
 Assigns tasks, checks work at frequent intervals, and maintains schedules of team.
 Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals.
 Focuses on delivering a positive customer experience according to Dell standards.
 Interacts with cross-functional groups (e.g., Services, Software and Peripherals, Finance, Operation) to solve business and customer issues.
 May be responsible for quota setting at the team/individual level.

Provides direct supervision to a large team of operational, production, sales, service or administrative team members or a small staff of professional level team members.
- Contributes to area by ensuring quality of tasks/services provided by self and others.
- Accountable for budget, schedule, and results of a project team or work group.
- Supervised team will generally perform multiple tasks and possess a variety of skills and/or knowledge.
 Applies advanced knowledge of technical/ administrative skills to leverage the skills of others.

Qualifications
Experience[Functional & Leadership]
 8-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
 2+ years leadership experience.

 Able to coach and mentor others on building strong customer relationships.
 Ability to assist Sales Representative in closing deals.
 Knowledge and utilization of required business tactical and management tools.
