Job Family Summary :
Ensures Dell’s products and services are sold to specified customer segments (via telephone, web, or e-mail) through the effective management of inside sales team. Represents, communicates and executes on specific sales strategies.
Principal Accountabilities
Directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group.
Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce.
Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members.
Owns achieving their assigned sales quota.
Provides direct supervision and coaching to Inside Sales Account team, Product Specialists and/or skilled, support individual contributors in inside sales organizations.
Assigns tasks, checks work at frequent intervals, and maintains schedules of team.
Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals.
Focuses on delivering a positive customer experience according to Dell standards.
Interacts with cross-functional groups (e.g., Services, Software and Peripherals, Finance, Operation) to solve business and customer issues.
May be responsible for quota setting at the team/individual level.

Provides direct supervision to a large team of operational, production, sales, service or administrative team members or a small staff of professional level team members.
- Contributes to area by ensuring quality of tasks/services provided by self and others.

- Supervised team will generally perform multiple tasks and possess a variety of skills and/or knowledge.
Applies advanced knowledge of technical/ administrative skills to leverage the skills of others.

Qualifications
Experience[Functional & Leadership]
8-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
2+ years leadership experience.

Able to coach and mentor others on building strong customer relationships.
Ability to assist Sales Representative in closing deals.
Knowledge and utilization of required business tactical and management tools.
