Description
Quality is the team under Bestshore ITO Services responsible of setting up the necessary framework to provide Best in Class services to our clients, by driving up Service Delivery Excellence into our Best Shore locations, ensuring smooth working relationship across centers and with our Regional counterparts, as well as ensuring deep focus on continuous improvement for our customers.
The Quality Extended team will be a group of people with Project and Quality Management skills (Six Sigma Green Belt) that will participate in the different programs and initiatives under the scope of Bestshore ITO DO Quality, in order to accelerate their deployment and improve their effectiveness. Some details about the expectations:
- They will be a pool of skilled resources to participate in the main projects / programs (Review setup, Pmpi, Account Satisfaction Surveys, Operations Online Dashboard) in order to accelerate their implementation and their effectiveness
- They will establish a proper governance for critical processes to significantly increase operational rigor, which will reduce escalations and increase service excellence scores
- They will conduct service / skills / process assessments Center and Account wise, identifying gaps and driving service improvement plans
- They will be experts in the different tools used by the organization and will act as SMEs in the different projects involving these tools or which have as a goal the improvement of those tools
- They will work on standardizing the delivery model accross Bestshore ITO and implementing it.
- They will participate as SME or lead Executive Escalations for a particular customer or area.
As a Project Mgr, the following tasks are expected:
- Participate, propose and lead internal projects and programs
- Lead internal and external resources within a predefined area ensure appropriate contribution from the different project team members
- Work as part of a team which may be virtual, global and/or multifunctional
- Manage the project financials, meeting the approved budgets and providing reliable financial forecasts to Management
- Manage stakeholder relationships
- Ensure appropriate cooperation from other groups key to accomplish the goals described earlier
- Finally, the project manager should have the compelling capability to motivate and inspire their teams towards successful execution of projects and programs while applying key technical and technological skills
Qualifications
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience. Typically 3+ years in project leadership role or in like roles/businesses
ITIL Certification required
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Demonstrates knowledge of project administration, client relations, Information Technology (IT) industry, accounting, and time recording/effort tracking. Demonstrates knowledge of project management methods and tools. Participates in the Services Program Manager (PM) Profession community. On a development plan to build project management skills.
