Job description


The candidate should have at least 7 years of relevant post-MBA experience in at least two of the following areas (with at least 3 years focused on the banking industry):


1. Process improvement and transformation exercises


2. Business strategy development with a focus on either growth or cost reduction


3. Defining IT strategies and roadmaps using a structured methodology


4. Managing large scale organization change


The ideal candidate should have the following characteristics


1. Strong business processes and environment of the banking industry


2. Strong understanding of the key business levers impacting the industry


3. Strong understanding of business impact of technology with specific focus on the banking industry


4. Attention to detail


5. Strong client-facing skills


6. Excellent communication skills
