Scope:
The Global Relationship Selling Business UAT Lead will specialize in validating system changes pre Deployment . They will be the guardian of quality prior to launch for changes in the following areas within the program team:
· Account Management
· Customer Centric Marketing
· Sales Enablement
· Simplification
· Acquisitions and integration
· Other CRM /Sales processes
The SFDC CRM Business Process Engineer will work on one or more of the above work-streams within the CRM program, and be responsible for ensuring accurate and stable changes to the tools such as – SFDC, AMP, DST and other related applications.
• As a member of the Global Business Readiness team you will lead and co-ordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) events, to test and verify that Business processes and tools meet the requirements set by the Business prior to deployment in the live environment.
• You will be working closely with Business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), IT teams and the Program Management Office (PMO) to deliver quality UAT events and complete projects successfully.
• The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication and organizational skills, with a proven track record in leading teams to successfully deliver testing orientated projects.


Key Responsibilities:


• Establish and own UAT projects from start to finish.
• Accountable for UAT project planning, test case definition, test script creation, test execution, traceability and reporting.
• Responsible for understanding Business requirements, IT requirements, and developing domain knowledge for all UAT areas of ownership.
• Create and manage UAT Test Plans.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and associated mitigations & action items to closure.
• Define UAT entry/exit criteria and contribute to the ongoing development of UAT process and measures of success.
• Determine and communicate UAT project status.
• Source and manage the appropriate resources - people and equipment - to successfully deliver high-quality UAT events.
• Manage UAT execution events, demonstrating high levels of quality assurance given agreed upon entry/exit criteria, timeline, budgetary and resourcing constraints.
• Produce and distribute timely, accurate and complete UAT status reports for each UAT execution event
• Plan and facilitate post-launch business verification testing events
• Responsible for capturing lessons learned and bringing all UAT projects to closure


Qualifications

Knowledge and skills
• Project Management:
– 2+ years experience as a project manager, or in a Test leadership role.
– Proficient at working across functions, regions and reporting structures in a global organization.
• Business Acumen:
– Strong understanding of business fundamentals & drivers.
– Minimum of 3 years appropriate business/industry experience.
• Team Leadership:
– Innovative motivator with ability to lead and drive project teams.
– Strong priority setting skills.
– Demonstrated attentiveness to quality and productivity.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills:
– Ability to multi-task in a dynamic and diverse global working environment.
• Analytical Ability:
– Excellent analytical / problem solving skills required.

Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience or appropriate combination of education and experience.Likely Engineering, analytics or other discipline.
Preferred BPI , or other process discipline certification.
Preferred expert knowledge of Microsoft Office suite applications in support of project management tasks, including Microsoft Project and Visio.
