Description


General purpose:


The job holder will be an experienced software test engineer with direct responsibility for integrating and verifying the quality of the software products developed from Bangalore, India.


Key Skills:


Experienced software test engineer, having past experience in testing and verification.
Good knowledge in C/C++
Previous hands on experience in Automation testing
Excellent collaboration skills and experience in working in cross cultural international business

Has knowledge of Agile and scrum mode of project development
Excellent communicational, interpersonal, organisational, analytical, problem-solving, presentation skills, motivational and leadership skills
Stress tolerance, highly reliable, able to balance conflicting requirements and respond flexibly to changing priorities and timelines
Able to work on own initiative, needs only general direction
Skilled at achieving high levels of customer satisfaction


Job Responsibilities:


The jobholder is an experienced software test engineer who will:


be responsible for all the testing performed by the individual and the team
understands the product requirements, design and implementation to come up with effective test cases
should be able to come up with not only functional test cases, but also non functional and automation test cases.Non functional would include preformance, memory leaks and security test cases
proactively participate in all design and development discussions and provide input
should be able to perform white box testing
is expected to pro-actively analyze current processes and practices and suggest/ drive improvements. Also, defines processes as needed
Qualifications


Job Qualification


Degree in IT or a computer-related field
4 to 7 years of QA experience
Good to have atleast 2-3 years of development experience
