Technical understanding is required to assess customer requirements, ensure right fitment of training.


Required to ensure clarity of communication and building conviction in the customer mportant for planning daily sales activities, account plans, balance between short term and long term objectives.


Required to work within Education delivery team, operations, license sales teams, client teams, and other IBM sales arms
