Desired Candidate Profile


Qualifications-
• Graduate/ Diploma Civil Engineer with about 5-12 years in construction industry (exposure to water supply and environment management works will be added advantage)
• Should have preferably worked in Water related infrastructure works like Urban/ Rural water supply, STP/ ETP/ WTP, Underground sewerage works etc.)
• Should have fair understanding of various construction methodologies in vogue
• Should have understanding of QS and preparation of “Zero Budget”, PCE
• Should have good understanding of various planning tools like MSP, P6, including comfortable with computers.
• Should have good communication skills and an outgoing personality.



Job Locations: Anywhere in India, Amaravati(Maharastra), Trichy, Hyderabad, Warangal, Bangalore.
Job Description
Job Role-
1. should be able to visualize the complete project cycle, right from LoA receipt to hand over of the project.
2. will be responsible for complete planning of the project including time, resource and quality schedule.
3. should be able detail out resource schedule including human resource, material resource, machinery resource and money resource (cash flow statements)
4. should be able to identify the risks associated and corresponding mitigation measures for smooth execution of the project
5. should be able to formulate and implement project controls.
6. should able to implement time and cost control techniques.
7. should be able to prepare recovery plans.
8. should be able to prepare MPR and other associated reports to be submitted to client and HO
9. should be able to review both physical and financial targets site at site based on the plans prepared above.
10. should be able to coordinate with all concerned in the project.
