Job description

"• The individual would be responsible for managing the financial process improvement & process implementation of the various reports that are in the stages of development & implementation


• The person would closely be looking at Billing’s / rate cards / charge backs / re-classification with implementation of effective accounting controls , apply the GAAP , implement corporate accounting instructions , control and maintenance
• The person would work closely with the leaders to build analysis and review methods of monthly financial performance
• The person would closely work to develop the process details for the reporting tools
• Work with HRIW reports / WW Spends tool to build the required analysis






Communication Skills:


Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively interact with global team members and stakeholders.


Analytical Skills:
Strong arithmetic abilities and good grasp of financial accounting principals
Ability to drill-down and perform root-cause analysis.


Other skills:
Work prioritization and time management.
Perform in a matrixed organization with global teams and stakeholders across time zones and geographies.


Deliver against SLAs while maintaining Quality controls and Process documentation.


Education:
Minimum requirement: Bachelors Degree Preferred: CA , MBA (Finance, )


Experience:


5-7 years’ experience in MIS Finance & Accounting team with responsibility to deliver standard and ad-hoc reports on a timely basis.


Preference is given to candidates who have worked in Financial / Sales Operations & Reporting in the technology industry in offshore delivery roles.
