Job description

* Validating from time to time demands raised in metro.Review with individual competency leaders and accordingly take it up with AP for approval.Once tickets are approved, release the same to business through respective account RDMs. Ensure all demands are met withing the SLAs. Work with indiviual RDMs to ensure they are within the TAT.Provide reportsResponsible for fulfillment of open demand across competencies. Preapre weekly decks for BU review and Competency review. Publish metrics report from time to time




8-12 years of experience in handling resource management functions for large project teams. A go getter with excellent communication skills. Knowledge of infrastructure skills will be an added advantage
