Partner Sales Support (US) - Assistant Manager-552117
Description
Manage a team of 20 - 25 team members
Understand the End to End of the process and be a Subject Matter Expert including AB MDF and the overview of MDF systems
Understand ISO requirement and ensure process is ISO compliant
Suggest / Implement process improvements which helps to meet / exceed the partner expectations
Implement effective quality check process and ensure all process related work is quality checked (10% minimum) before the output reaches the partners
Do an effective analysis on the defects and Implement effective corrective and preventive action plans
Ensure any process changes is as per the change control process
Understand SOX Audit requirement and ensure MDF and DGF is SOX complaint
Monitor the daily Objective report and ensure the comments are updated on a daily basis. If no action has been taken on any objective for more than 2 days, it needs to be reported to the Manager
Lead and drive initiatives at the PSS US level
Ensure all process documents are managed and Updated
Experience working in a finance / accounting / order processing / call center environment.
Exposure to working in roles which involve reporting / process management
Exposure to Quality is an added advantage
Should have had operationally led teams of at least 4-5 people
High customer orientation
Experience of working in a multi-national environment / cross-functional teams is an advantage.
Good communication skills, both oral and written
Qualifications
Qualification : Graduates/Post Graduates in any stream with at least 50%
Experience : 4+ years of total experience out of which at least 1 years in BPO industry
