Skills/Requirements
1. Responsible for assisting the Regional Channel Manager in managing the India channel partners. Must understand the sales structure to build strong peer relationships to support reseller sales activities. 2. Responsible for identifying and developing software sales from new and existing accounts with India resellers to achieve an assigned sales quota. 3. To provide the (Reseller)sales team with recommendations that offer technology solutions to address customer issues and/or competitive replacement, and help ensure their adoption at the customer site. 4. Helps drive programs and promotions at the reseller level 5. Aware of all competitive product and business model strategies which threaten market share 6. Intimately involved in reseller business: a. Assists Regional Channel Manager in conducting ongoing sales funnel reviews with reseller management b. Available for customer visits with reseller personnel when needed 7. Working with Channel Development department in identifying key metrics and brings issues to channel management
Qualification
1. BS degree or above in Electronic Engineering, CS, Physics or other engineering. 2. Over 5 years of experience in direct selling and channel management in EDA or Semi conductor product and related field 3. Good communication skills and presentation skills 4. Aggressive, proactive, a strong team player and willing to accept challenges 5. Fluent in English
