Experience Required(Description) : Qualifications: Diploma/BE/BSc Technical & Professional Competencies: Understanding of technology (hardware & software) and specific domain expertise, Knowledge of sales process & the business nuan ces. Behavioral & Managerial Competencies- High self drive and confidence, Willingness to learn and work in teams ,Good problem solving skills and analytical skills Effective communication and interp ersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationship with customers/clients. Knowledge of Sun servers & Storages till midrange is expected. Knowledge of other domains like Hitachi, EMC, Netapps, Oracle etc is an added advantage. Should have hands on expertise with IBM servers and Storages along with AIX OS. Should be okay working in flexible hours as per customer requirements.
Roles & Responsiblities
Responsible for sustenance and problem troubleshooting on multiple technology on IBM AIX Platform. Ensure that service delivery takes place based on the Service level agreements Develop and sustain ex cellent customer relationship through deep engagement and delivering continuous value by meeting customer expectations and handling issues. Ensure that quality is used as a tool to improve customer sa tisfaction and enhance service delivery.Responsible for handling technical escalations Provide technical assistance to other team members by way of assisting them in solving challenging technical prob lems , sharing technical knowledge and adhering to quality processes in ensuring team objectives are met. Responsible for analyzing all calls and ensuring that the calls get closed and customer satisf ied. Established and enhance relationship with customers/clients and Principals
