APGENCO is the largest Power Generating Company of Andhra Pradesh State

and is the 3rd largest Power Utility (8174.9 MW) in India and has second highest Hydel

capacity in the Country desires to be the best power utility in the country and one of the

best in the world, invites applications from the eligible candidates for the post of Junior

Plant Attendants, as indicated below:

(i) The detailed notification is placed in the website www.apgenco.gov.in.

(ii) The applications are invited from the eligible ìMaleî candidates only.

(iii) The vacancies notified are subject to variation based on the necessity and shall

be filled as per the rules in vogue.

(iv) All the General Candidates; including those ìContract Labourersî satisfying the

qualifications as prescribed; ìContract labourersî who approached Labour

Court/High Court and obtained orders for considering their cases; the

candidates who have undergone ìApprenticeshipî either in the erstwhile APSEB

or APGENCO; and also the ìLand Losers or his/her dependent son, daughter or

spouseî whose land of more than 1 acre and above, was acquired by

APGENCO are also required to respond to this notification, however, subject to

satisfying the qualifications and eligibility criteria prescribed in the notification
