General Purpose
Works as a senior engineer in a technology area e.g. SW/HW Development
Main Responsibility Area
Responsible for specifying, planning, reporting, designing and testing in his/her area.
Solves complex engineering problems of own technology area.
Coaches other team members in solving engineering problems.
Typically participates in reviews of own or neighbouring projects.
Has specialist knowledge on a technical competence area and a cross functional competence area. Can act as a scrum master. May undertake technical training responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
Define test strategy.
Leads test planning.
Analyse, recommend, deploy key tools and processes in testing area.
Ability to identify and use specifications in test planning.
Support interoperability testing.
Support performance testing.

Qualifications

Individual PortfolioTypically 6-8 years relevant experience, fully competent. Uses functionally specific knowledge. Degree. EnvironmentPerforms day-to-day activates to meet departmental/project objectives. Requires immoderate supervision. Applies commonly recognised concepts within their field of expertise. Shares knowledge with less experienced peers or have high collegial interaction. Raises innovative ideas. Experience and skillset:
- Expert level TTCN, hands on experience in TTCN
- Good protocol knowledge, SIP, MSRP, RTP experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of C++, ability to read and understand code.
- Knowledge of CPPUNIT, EUNIT.
- Expert in CI & test automation
- Interoperability testing experience.
- Preferred Qt, Symbian OS, Mobile domain, Quality center.
