Qualifications

We are looking for experienced Senior Software Test Engineers in MeeGo Application team that is engaged in creating Media related applications for MeeGo Devices. In this senior role, you will be responsible for automation and testing activities in a fast-paced and highly automated environment by:

· Owning Master Test Plan including Functional, Non-functional, System and Acceptance Testing
· Driving Automated Test Suite and Tools development
· Analyzing and translating requirements into Test Plans and Cases
· Creating and reviewing various artifacts like Test Metrics and Test Reports
· Influencing and aligning with MeeGo-wide Test Strategy and Plans

Here are some of the things you will need to have in order to succeed in this role:

· Progressively increasing software testing experience (9+ years)
· Excellent understanding of software development process, particularly Agile Methods
· Significant abilities in test automation, scripting languages and continuous integration, and exposure to Linux.
· Domain experience in Media Technologies (Feeds, Sharing, Audio, Video) , and MeeGo, Linux
· Passion for innovation with excellent communication and inter-personal skills
· Awareness of open source community practices and operating principles
· Understanding of the nuances of virtual, multi-site and multi-cultural organizations
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent
