Description
Develop and maintain J2EE systems, with focus on the server side of the application.
The ideal candidate should have experience in J2EE frameworks, with strengths in SPRING, HIBERNATE, XML processing, JSPs, Servlets and analytical abilities. The candidate should also be experienced in supporting other team members in integrating the components and be able to have working level expertise on browser based UI development.
Primary Skills :
SPRING, HIBERNATE, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Core Java, XML, Web Services, REST
Hands-on experience in JBoss, Tomcat and Apache HTTP server configurations
Excellent analytical and debugging skills
Secondary Skills :
SQL programming, preferably with MySQL
Automatic Build and release mechanisms
Test Automation
Qualifications
Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent:
Experience required
Typically 2 years directly related experience or 2-6 years overall professional experience. Degree or equivalent.
Environment
Semi routine tasks of moderate complexity requiring some discretion and independent judgment. Carries out tasks/activities according to assignment and set guidelines. Moderate degree of supervision and coaching needed.
