Job description
OVERVIEW: The Web Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and/or supporting the execution of a web marketing strategy that includes web content management, organic web demand generation, Ready to Execute campaign site management, database management, spreadsheet creation and management, strategic web page management, and search engine optimization. Role includes oversight of brand web properties, content management/site updating, offer mapping, website optimization, performance tracking, and search engine optimization – with quarterly project management of web newsletter.
Required skills: Experience with website management from a content and traffic-building perspective. Familiarity with key tenets of web marketing, including search engine optimization, site updating, reporting, creative direction, writing/editing, and web analytics. Role is supportive in nature and aligned to key web strategists in brand/program
Measurement of success: meeting deadlines, good communication skills, project management, assessing overall performance of site, supportive relationship with web strategist, contribution of websites to key marketing metrics, including unique visitors, registrants, conversion rates, and VL/VLR.
