Job description



The Center for Advanced Learning team has an opening for an Instructional Designer. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for working with team members to develop learning material. These learning materials need to meet the standards defined by IBM.


Responsibilities of the role:
This position’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Formulating learning objectives based on content
2. Using client source materials to organize content into meaningful learning chunks
3. Communicating with SMEs and client
4. Storyboarding course material and assessments with directions for media and technology
5. Ensuring deliverables meet IBM standards for learning solutions
6. Coordinating testing cycles and ensuring implementation of feedback


5-7 years of desired experience required

Bachelor's Degree
