Job Description
· Co-ordinating with branches for opening RDS/ Oxigen/ other partner accounts
· Co-ordinating with Bank Netbanking team for generation of RDS user ID/pwd
· Updation of RDS details in Agent Admin console for generation of Admin ID and password.
· Training RDS on Float Transfer and Forms submission to Bank base branch
· Training of Bank base branch on KYC approvals
· Following up with Bank on issues raised by Shared Services / Front-end
· Escalating unresolved issues for resolution
Qualifications
• 7-8 years experience in working with banking products
• Experience in co-ordinating with PSU bank branches and getting work done within estimated timeframes
• Experience in handling & training of retail outlet chains in usage of technology-enabled financial services
• Handling queries and responding to user satisfaction
• Patient but assertive
