Customer Support - Eastern Region
Your Responsibilities:
Lead Engineer responsible for customer , revenue and team in North East based in Guahati
Corrective Maintenance , Planned Maintennace , Installation support of Medical equipments .
Shall have targets for Orders and Revenue (service) and CS deliverables (RT, MTTR, ETTR, Parts return , Escalation closure etc)
Should be able to lead a small team of Engineers and ensure all delivery KPI’s for the area are achieved.
Your Profile:
Servicing of Medical equipments, Good communicator , Team-player.Graduate Engineers in Electronics /Instrumentation/Biomedical Engineering
7-10 years in servicing of Medical equioments .Some exposure in managing geography/team would be advantage
About 30 Years .Since this job need extensive travelling and handling heavy equipments , would be more suitable for male candidates.
