As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for hiring for specific businesses in Dell.
You will be responsible for ensuring hiring meets forecast expectations. You will also develop, implement and maintain a quality experience in the talent acquisition process for candidates and business partners. In your role, you will assist in the integration of complex business factors to build talent acquisition strategies that lead to achievement of business objectives.
Principal Accountabilities:
· Plans, develops and drives sourcing/recruitment strategies in consultation with hiring managers.
· Advises hiring managers on talent acquisition matters.
· Accountable for the compliance and document tracking requirements for the local labor code.
· Interviews and screens applicants.
· Provides managerial leadership, coaching/feedback and development for direct reports and business partners.
· Conducts research and analyze data on assigned projects including agency performance.
· Ensures adherence to applicable governmental regulations.
· May also act in a tactical sourcing role generating leads and resumes resulting in phone screens with candidates for Executive and sourcing high priority positions.
· Utilizes CareersDirect system throughout the talent acquisition process.

Qualifications
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition. Experience across hiring for multiple domains will be preferred
Desired Skills
- Specializations in other verticals of HR, especially in a generalist role will be an added advantage
Minimum Educational Requisrement
- MBA from a reputed institute, preferably in HR
