Description
Manage individuals and teams to provide business operations support to PSG and owned and hosted consumer support operations teams. Provide information and consulting services to improve process flows within business operations. Provide technical problem solving and decision making across multiple technologies. Develop operational objectives and strategies to meet business needs and goals.
Responsible for leading the PSG Technical Advocacy Center, TAC, including managing a team of 12 to 20 direct reports. Support the PSG Category Organization with reporting, data mining, and analytical capabilities that target cost reduction, customer satisfaction improvement, and the enablement of process leadership for Americas Consumer Support. Enable the development of new focus areas and capabilities by enhancing the use of repair date in early look reporting and deep dives across the consumer support value chain. Improve the efficiency and utilization of of resources in supporting desktop, notebook and content activities.
As host manager for the PSGA Consumer Customer Experience and Warranty Services Organization located in India, responsibilities include acting as a key advisor to senior management to continually improve our business model and support policies to improve the customer experience and our financial performance while mentoring up to 50 employees located in India. Promote the utilzation of available resources and governance models to identify and drive a prioritized portfolio of customer experience and financial performance improvements across the owned and hosted support operations teams.
Plan, direct and monitor high-end operational and tactical activities of Staff. Recruit and support the development of direct staff members. Reward performance and values that are in line with our objectives, while offering opportunities for people to grow and develop in their careers. Drive improvements to morale and team effectiveness as measured by the Voice Of the Workforce and stakeholder feedback.

Knowledge and Skills Required:
Demonstrate broad knowledge of organization policies, products, markets and processes. Demonstrate state-of-the-art technical, functional or business knowledge. Demonstrate a solid understanding of business planning methods. Proven track record as a highly effective people manager.
