Responsibilities
To create test plans
To perform witness testing
To perform Bench mark study
To plan and ensure completing tests as per test plans
To generate reports and give feedback to the respective project or Design groups
To record and maintain test data
To execute planned infrastructure capabilities
To interact with Design departments and plan necessary development tests and validation tests
To improve testing processes based on national / international standards and practices
To participate and ensure closure of the respective DFMEA and DVP activities
To prepare safety guidelines
To design test fixtures
To lead a team of Supervisors
Requirements
Department & Sub function: Vehicle Testing
Education Qualification:Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
Relevant Experience: 1 to 3 years
Reporting to : Manager-Testing
Should possess excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage manpower
Should be aware of various manufacturing processes
Should have good knowledge of fundamentals of engineering
Should be aware of Automotive domain
Should possess good grasping skills with sound academic record i.e. throughout first class [60% and above] without a year gap due to failure
