Responsibilities
To create a test plan to make sure that the component or Subsystem or system can be verified for functionalities.
To carryout functional and performance verification and validation of Protos or systems using functional, performance, durability testing
To find innovative methods to get the best results and Introducing and developing new techniques and systems for product evaluations.
To get the team to execute the test cases on the system/Component, review the test data in order to analysing and interpreting technical data into reports or presentations
To be responsible for test reports generated by the test team and assess product quality.
To participate in functional reviews to make sure that the functionalities defined are measurable and a suitable test strategy can be identified.
To carry out performance simulations and predictions, develop field and track co-relations.
To ensure domestics and international regulations and requirements are met
To conduct statistical analysis
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Engineering/Technology or Master of Engineering/Technology in any branch of Engineering.
Required skill(s): Create test plans, Carry out tests.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants should be Indian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent. Job role in R&D Engineer or equivalent.
Should have knowledge of vehicle systems and aggregates and testing techniques
Should be aware of development of testing techniques, viz. endurance, statistical, reliability and durability
Should have knowledge of safety regulations, national and international standards
Should have knowledge of DFMEA techniques and NPI processes
Should be able to perform material development and testing
Should be able to showcase good team work
Should understand customer requirements and work on customer satisfaction
Should focus on OCD (Quality, Cost and Delivery)
Should ensure process compliance
Should ensure resource utilization
Should be aware of Automotive domain
Good grasping skills with a sound academic record. The candidate should possess first class(above 60%) through-out his academic record with-out a year or a six months gap due to failure.
