Responsibilities
To study the Central Motor Vehicle Rule (CMVR) and other regulations related to electrical systems, aggregates, and, compile other related information using bench marking vehicles, carry over parts etc.
To prepare offer drawings of various electrical aggregates and releasing it in Product Lifecycle Management software(PLM).
To prepare wiring harness 2D drawings in Catia based software on circuit schematic as per Tata Motors Limited (TML) design guidelines
To prepare purchase indent of various electrical aggregates
To ensure fitment of electrical aggregates on testing vehicles as per design intent and giving feedback to design head
To ensure trouble shooting electrical issues on testing vehicles and ensuring maximum up time of these vehicles
Requirements
Department & Sub function:Electrical and Electronics
Education Qualification:Diploma holder in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
Relevant Experience :1-3 Years
Reporting to : Manager
Should be clear about the basic engineering concepts and awareness of automotive domain
Should possess good grasping skills with a sound academic record. The candidate should possess first class(above 60%) through-out his academic record with-out a year or six months gap due to failure
Should possess good interpersonal and communication skills
Should have proficiency in using software's like Catia V5 electrical module
Should be good at troubleshooting the various electrical problems
