Job description

* Procurement Account Lead -Procurement Account Lead owns SO account in terms of supporting Transformation Projects, Improving Gross Profit, Client Sat, Improve Operational efficiencies and Educate clients on procurement process.His Roles & responsibilities includes:

1. Support client win new Transformation Projects.

2. Interlock with sourcing team on strategy & drive Cost Take Out, to be part of major negotiations.

3. Constantly benchmark with other major SO accounts in terms of competitiveness, supplier leverage, supplier relationship.

4. Client Sat

5. Business Controls - Constantly educate clients on procurement process &

bypass,

6. Business Operations - Improve TAT for carts, optimize PO & contract volumes,

7. MIS - Capturing spend profile, strategy for top spend suppliers, leverage across accounts, Business Ops,

8.closely working with procurement team in India and Africa and guide them to acheive over all client objective.

Candidate with 15-10years experience in Supply Chain. Client facing experience. Sourcing Process, Negotiation skills. Soft skills - presentation & communication skills
